This was the final day of my trip and I arrived back at home around supper time. When my plane took off in Jacksonville, Florida, I noted the endless curly rivers, streams and tributaries snaking though out marshes. As I got higher, there were irregular patches of farmland and small, scattered puffy clouds. It then clouded over, at times overcast and at times clear. I landed in Chicago and it was very foggy. On my flight from Chicago to Champaign, the sky got much darker and I flew over giant square plots of brown farmland with deep gray skies. A slight sunset greeted me for a minute before touchdown.
