In addition to my knitted travel journeys, I’ve also been working on a series of mental journeys. Since early January, I have been knitting a “mood” scarf and a “dream” scarf. In my “mood” scarf, I knit one row per day in yarns I feel best capture my mood(s) that day:

In my “dream” scarf, I knit one row each day in yarns that I feel best represent my dream(s) the previous night. Some of the dreams are much more complex and elaborate than others, but I try to capture each night as best as I can. I also note if I have other sleep issues such as poor sleep or insomnia due to physical and/or emotional issues. This one I’ve knit in the round so it is a continuous tube:
